By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for southerly breezes veering to freshening westerlies shortly southwards of New Plymouth and Castlepoint. Weather fair generally, but scattered showers probable on West Coast and southernmost districts. Barometer has a rising tendency, but unsteady la the extreme south.
