In the House of Commons, Sir Auck'and Geddes (Minister of Reconstruc- ' ion) stated that £196,000 worth of oods had been imported from Germany ,md Austria during October. The imports comprised chiefly a cheaper class of goods.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Agsn.
