A CORRECTION.
_ . To the Editor. , Sir, —You had something in a. recent issue in reference to the gas engine repairs here. The engine was described as a 40 horse-power engine. It should have been an 80 horsepower. Mr. Harkness has cast and machined a new piston and also rebored out the liner of same and has made a very creditable job of it. The alterations are being carried out by the chief engineer (Mr. J. Forbes) under the supervision of .the general manager (Mr. Farley).—l am, etc., \yj; Kaupokonui, November 1.
