JAPAN AND CARE OF PRISONERS.

Tokio, Nov. 2. It is understood that during the Privy Council's consideration of the Treaty members blamed the Japanese Peace Delegation for having accepted without protest the waiver of the indemnity for the Japanese maintenanco of prisoners-of-war. It was pointed out that Japan had no prisoners in Germany, while she •as compelled to care for a large number of enemy prisoners in Japan.—Au*.N.Z, Cable Assn.
