C. ■Zainey, £"2 l 10s 4d (costs £2 14s); Ernest B. Davies (Mr Lawrey) v. F. R. Rossiter, £5 Ss Id (costs £1 3s 6d); Isaac Aroa (Mr. D. Hutchcn) v. P. H. j Beero, £4 19s Sd (costs IDs); Burgess ■ Fraser, Ltd. (Mr. Hutchen) v. Lumsdeii 1 und Walker, £8 lCs 9d (costs £1 3s Gd). In the judgment summons brought by the Red Post Furnishing Company against John Walker, the debtor wes ordered to pay the sum of £2 Os 2d forthwith, in default two days' imprisonment.
