MATERIAL FOR BOMB OUTRAGES.
FIVE ARRESTS MADE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 1, 5.5 p.m. New York, Oct, 20. The police at Cleveland arrested five men and a womani on suspicion of planning bomb outrages, including tho destruction of the central police station. A store of explosives was discovered, which it is believed was intended for a series of outrages throughout the United States.
