Spirited triangular contests are pro* feeding in twenty-eight London Borough Councils in the first election since 1912. There are 1000 Labor candidates, 600 Progressives, and 1300 Municipal candidates for 1332 seats, including 120 women candidate*. Polling will take place on Saturday.
