THE RARAWA.
BAB-BOUND AT OXEHTOiGA. Tho Barawa, which left Onehung* for Now Plymouth at 5.20 last evening, was unable to cross the Manukau Ear. A message sent from the signalman at the Heads at 7.45 P.m. stated that the Barawa had not then left and her sailing was uncertain. No ■further news had been received up to an uarly hour this morning.
