FIRES.
BOAT SHEDS DESTROYED. By Telegraph —Press Assn—Copyright, Auckland, Last Night. A fire at Devonporf ts-night destroyed the boat building sheds and plant of Jolin Le Huguet, the residence also being damaged. One large launch and three dinghies were burned and one launch damaged, The damage probably totals £ISOO. FRUIT CASKS DESTROYED. tfelson, Last Xisjht. A box mill at ilotueka owned by L. and J. Baigent was destroyed by fire this evening. About 8000 fruit case* were burned, but the stocks of timber) were saved by th:- good work of the Motueka Fire Brigade.
