FUTURE OF SCHLESWIG AND UPPER SILESIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 28, 9.45 p.m. Paris, October 2G. The Germans in Upper Silesia and Schleswig are deporting anti-Germans and replacing them by pro-German natives, who have been long resident in Germany. Moreover, anticipating the failure of German propaganda prior to the plebiscite, they are seizing all wealth in those provinces. The Supreme Council has sent a Note to Germany demanding that she should desist.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
