STILL AT COLOGNE. By Telegraph.—Press Jlssq - Copyright. London, October 27. Captain Matthews is delayed at Cologne by fog and is unable to resume his flight to Australia.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [Captain Matthews and Sergeant Kay left London last Tuesday morning for Australia. They landed at Marquise on Tuesday afternoon and at Cologne the following day. Flying over enemy countries is forbidden, but apparently an. exception was made in favor of the England to Australia, flyers.] POULET DELAYED. STILL IN ALBANIA. Received Oct. 28,10.30 p.m. London, Oct. 20. A Paris message states that torrential rains at Valona are still delaying Lieut. Etienne Foulet, who is attempting a flight from Paris to Australia.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. [Lieut. Etienne Poulet arrived at Valona, on the coast of Albania, from Naples on the 23rd inst., in continuation of lis flight from Paris to Melbourne. He had a stormy flight from Naples, and had to land at Brindisi owing to torrential rains and anorwstorms.]
