HALF YEARLY BONUS PROMISE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. At a large meeting of the Dunedin branch of the Post and Telegraph Officers' Association, a motion was passed expressing regret at the failure of Cabinet to honor the promise inace by Sir Joseph Ward re the payment of a half-yearly bonus, and deploring the refuge sought behind official files. The statement made by Sir Joseph Ward that a bonus had been promised should be sufficiently binding and the branch urged th« Executive Council to use all constitutional methods to obtain payment. i === '
