AGRICULTURAL SHOWS.
BLENHEIM SHOW. • FURTHER PRIZE-WINNERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Blenheim, Last Night. The second day of the Marlborough Jubilee Show was held in flue weather. The attendance was about the same as last year. Mr A. G. Murray, of Woodbank, won the Renwick Cup with an English Leicester ram, the Goulter Cup with a Romney ram, the Armbale Cup with two Romney ewe hoggets, the Teschemaker Cup with a half-bred ram, and the Trollver Cup with a half-bred ewe.i Mr. E. A. Weld, of Flasburne, won tho Monro Cup with a Merino ewe, the Bell trophy with Merino hoggets. Mr Alex Thomson, of Flaxburn, won the Farmers' Co-op. Cup with half-foreds, the Watts Cup with a half-bred ewe. Messrs Teschemaker and Howard won the Dillon Cup with two Lincoln ewes, the Harris Cup with a Lincoln ram and hogget. Mr C. Goulter, of Hawkesbury, won the Rittson Thomas Cup with a Merino ewe. Mr F. H. Richards, of Richmond Brook, won the Richmond Cup with Merino ewes. Mr ,T. Dollar, of Seddon, won the Associated Auctioneers' Cup with fat wethers. The fifty guineas Weld Cup for the best beef bull was awarded for the animal shown by Mrs Wheeler, of Grassmere. The animals were bred by Mr E. Weld.
HAWKE'S BAY SHOW. THE CHAMPIONSHIP WINNERS. • Hastings, Last Night. The Hawke's Bay Show opened to-day in.good weather. The following championships were awarded:— Cattle. —Shorthorns: R. D. McLean (Maraekakaho), bull and cow; Milking Shorthorn: Cow, S. Bolton (Pahiatua)', bull, Mrs. J. Wall (Hastings); Polled Angus: A, S. G. Carlyon (Tikokino), bull and cow; Fricsians: H. R. Green (Palmerston North), bull and cow; Alderneys and Jersey cow: H. H. Phillips (Dannevirke)-, bull, J. C. Scott (Hastings); Ayrshires: Bull, J. and T. Berigan (Hastings), H. Smith and Son (Hastings); Hereford*: Bull and cow, E. Jefferson (Wairoa). Sheep.—Lincohis: Rani, B. Raynor (•Masterton), ewe, A. E. Anderson (Clareville); Border Leicester: Ram and ewe, '\\. Sinclair (Hastings); English Leicester ram and ewe, R. D. D, MeLoan; Romney Marsh ram, William Perry (Masterton), ewo, J, E.
