FINANCIAL PANIC IN MOROCCO. Paris, October IS. The Matin states that there is a financial crisis in Morocco, owing l to the fall in the value of the franc, for which the natives only gave 12 sous (6d instead of lOd), and commercial life is at a complete standstill. The cafes and shops are closed, the banks are guarded and many companies are threatened with bankruptcy. Ten thousand natives ' at Marrakesh surrounded the banks, demanding their money.—Aus.N.Z.
