Received Oct. 14, 5.5 p.m. New York, October 13. A strike of teamsters and chauffeurs has dislocated the entire railway services of the city. Eleven thousand men have struck.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. THE PITTSBURG STRIKE." Received Oct. 14, 8.5 p.m. New York, Oct. 14. The New York Times' Pittsburg correspondent states that at the beginning of the fourth week of the steel strike the employers in all districts claim a complete victory and state that the backbone of the strike has been broken. Labor leaders counter-claim that their forces are still virtually intact, and there are only a few desertions. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. WORLD LABOR CONGRESS. Received Oct. 14, 8.5 p.m. New York, Oct. 13. A despatch from Tokio states thatJapanese Labor circles have protested against the alleged Government interference in the selection of representatives from the ranks of Labor as delegates to the International Congress at Washington.
