NEW CONSTITUTION AGREED ON. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 14, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, Oct. 13. Vienna advices state that Dr. Renner has announced that the two coalition parties have agreed on the principles for the constitution. German West Hungary would join other lands as autonomous land and Austria would be organised as a federal state.—Reuter.
