Meredith; two calabashes, Mr. Isaac Elliott; one calabash, Mr. Creed; one wooden bowl and pounder and oue adze, Mr. J. H. Batey; one specimen, Mr. C. Fincham; one water color and four engravings, Mr. Standish; One pistol and one specimen (mineral), Mr. J. Medley; one moth, Mr. Ranger; eleven photographs (Maoris), Mr. John Balllie; plan of New Plymouth, 1848, eleven seabirds' eggs, and one snail-shell from Cape Maria van Diemen, Mr. C. H. Burton; one sinker and one broken adze, Mr. J. H. Hamilton; ono mat, three baskets, and one kiwi boa, Miss Hempton; one flax basket, Mr. L. E. Davies. Mrs. A. Crooke is also thanked for copie3 of the Round Table, and Mr. J. C. Stunner for loan of Captain Cook' 3 voyages (2nd edition).
