According to Bulgarian newspapers a movement has been started in Bulgaria j with the Government's support with '; the purpose of refusing to sign the peace t .treaty and to oppose it, if necessary by force. The population is already arm- e ed with a view to provoking sanguinary ( encounters on the frontiers at a given date. BLOCKING PEACE. PEOPLE GIVEN ARMS. I. Received Oct. 10, 3.30 p.m. Paris, Oct. 9; Serious unrest continues in Southern Europe. The new Govvernment of Bulgaria is reported to be supporting a movement to make the signing of peace impossible.
