ROUMANIANS RETIRING. By Telegraph,—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Oct. 6. Advices from Vienna state that the withdrawal of Roumanian troops has begun. Hungarian troops replaced the Roumanians at Rabvestspem and Stuhlweissenburg. Eighteen hundred British have arrived at • Budapest arid 2000 Italians are expected. Both are destined for policing work after the departure of the Roumanians.
