Clemenceau's letter to Colonel House. 1 Paris, Oct. 4. The Conference adopted a resolution requesting the Government to seek an agreement with President Wilson that when America**had ratified the Treaty an immediate meeting of the League of Nations should be convened, and that a commission of French delegates propose a measure leading to general disarmament, M.
