All preparations for the flight of the Larkin-Sopwith machine to Australia art complete, but the strike has delayed the start. London, Oct. 3. In connection with the Australian flight, the Air Force is unable to guarantee assistance to competitors eastward of Delhi. The route the competitors have agreed to fly over the east of India traverses Rangoon, Singapore, Bundeang, and Port Darwin. If seaplanes are used the route will be via Akyab, Rangoon, Mergui, Penang, Singapore, Muntok, Batavia, Buna, Koepang, and Port Dar« win.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
