PREMIER RECEIVES WW JELU« COB'S REPORT. . , i By Wire—Own Correspondent , Wellington, La*t Night. \ The Prime Minister has just rewired, through His Excellency the GovernorGeneral/ the report of Lord Jelliopt to the New Zealand Government on the naval defence problem of the Pwifio, with special reference to New Zealand. Mr Masaey has not yet had time to read the document, hut he understands that there is a confidential report as well as the report in chief. If tile document, or any part of it, is to be published it will have to be published by being tabled in the House of Representatives, but before this can be done the report will have to come before Cabinet for consideration, and possibly for decision as 'to whether, in the intertsts of the defence of New Zealand, all or any part of it should be published.
