They are to spend a day in New York and then travel west visiting 23 cities and arriving in Washington on October 24. , The Belgian royalties made the voyage on the George Washington. The city was beflagged and the Vice-Presi-dent extended greetings on behalf of President Wilson. The first day was spent in cognito and a civic welcome will be given on the following day. The vote, according to the Democrats, is a favorable indication that the Treaty will finally be adopted. | The remaining Fall amendments were ; defeated unanimously. SENATE REJECTS AMENDMENT. Washington, Oct. 2. The Senate rejected by 58 votes to 30 Senator Fall's amendment eliminating the United States from the International Boundaries Commission. MOREj AMENDMENTS.
