CROPS RUINED; MANY PEOPLE DROWNED. By. Telegraph,—Press Asm-; Copyright. Received Oet. 4, 1.35 a.m. Madrid, Oct. 3. Torrential floods have taken place in Eastern Spain. The rice crops are ruined. At Valencia trains are unable to run. Many were drowned. Twelve feet of water in a Cartagena graveyard washed out 200 bodies, which are adrift in the flood—Reuter.
