SIGNING TREATY DEFERRED. CONCESSIONS REQUIRED,
By Telegraph.—Press Received Oct. 12, 9.5 p.m. Rome, Oct. 1. The Popolo Romano declares that Italy will await the decision of the American Senate and the French Chamber before ratifying the Treaty. Italy will probably require certain colonial,' economic, and financial concessions before ratification. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
