DEATH IN POLICE CELL. By Telegraph.— Press Association. Auckland, Oct. 2. Roland Bell, aged 39, who was arrested for drunkenness, died in a police station cell, presumably from consi/nption or heart disease.
DEATH FROM POISONING. ' Dunedin, Last NightA married woman named Margaret Sullivan, 40 years of age, employed as cook at the Captain Cook Hotel, was admitted to the hospital at 0.30 to-n>ht and died at 10.15. It is understood that death was caused by taking poison.
