London, Sept. 25. In the Prussian National Assembly the Premier (Herr Hirsch) stated that the anest of a Spartacist agitator in Saxony had Tevealed a Spartacist plot to assassinate the politicians in Germany and German-Austria who were hindering the Communist movement.
