TARANAKI TROTTING CLUB, The monthly meeting of the Taranaki Trotting Club was held on Wednesday evening, Mr. A. W. Webster In the chair, when the question of the date of the first meeting was further discussed. The report of the annual conference of representatives of Registered Trotting Clubs was read and the committee remarked on the excellent position of trotting In New Zealand. Mr. C. M. Gray was granted three months' leave of absence. Several new members were elected.
