RECOGNITION AS PART. OF ITALY. By Talegraph—Press Asm.—Cawtleht. Rome, Sept. 23. It is understood that France and Britain are willing to recognise Fiume as part of Italy, reserving control of the docks and railways to the League of Nations, in the interests of the Jugoslavs. The general impression in Italy is that the solution only awaits President Wilson's acceptance. London, Sept. 23. It is reported that Signor Tittoni, Italian Foreign Minister, has resigned feg the result of the Fiume incident.— &US.-N.Z. Cable Assn. PRESIDENT WILSON'S VIEWS. Bectived Sept. 24, 7.50 p.m. Paris, Sept. 23. Well informed Italian circles state that President Wilson has accepted the views of M.
