THE PEOPLE'S FATTY ARBUCKLE AND ETHEL CLAYTON. The fin» big bill at the People's presents the King of Funmalters, "Fatty"' Arbuckle, in his second super-comedy, "The Sheriff," a riot of fun excelling his work in "The Cook." Ethel Clayton, the most popular femiuine star, appears in a fine play, "The Girl Who Came Back." Sometimes they come back Even if the odds are against them, even if a prison sentence stares them in the face, even if the past is sordid and the future looks barren! Come and see Ethel Clayton make vivid the role of Lois Hartner, "The Girl Who Came Back." A special Fatty Arbuckle matinee commences to-morrow -at 3.30, and to-morrow Mildred Harris (Mra Charlie Chaplin) appears in the big fea* ture, "Borrowed Clothes." EVERYBODY'S. PAULINE STARKE AND BELLE BEN% NETT IN "THE ATOM" A touching picture is presented it( "The Atom," starring Pauline Starke with Harry Mestayer and Belle Bennett, where a matinee idol who js unfortunate enough to lose his good looks in a theatre fire, is forced to earn his living on, the road selling patent nostrums. I'auline Starke gives a touching and convincing interpretation of the part of ft little household drudge, who saves the actor from himself and suffers in consequence of her innocent act. However, they find happiness and success in their new sphere, as the public obligingly favors the combination of the excerpts from Hamlet and the death defying pellets! Belle Bennett makes an attractive villainess, and the supporting caste is exceptionally good. The screening nights are to-night and to-morrow a| Everybody's.
