GUERILLA WARFARE IN .MONTENEGRO. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Sept. 22. Montenegro is torn .by guerilla warfare, sections of the populace objecting to the Pah-Serbian Confederation. The objectors take refuge in the mountain and descend on pillaging expeditions. It is officially admitted that Belgrade is unable to ,deal with the rebels, and officials assert that ex-King. Nicholas and Italian agents are supplying them with munitions.
