APPEAL TO ALLIES. AGAINST ENEMY PERSECUTION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 21, 5.5 p.m. London, Sept. 20. The Armenian Parliament has issued a piteous appeal to tlie Allied peoples, stating that Kurds, Turks, and Tartars are descending in hordes, slaying right and left. The appeal adds: "We have mobilised our whole manhood, but amid the Great Powerß' silence and inaction this newly liberated Republic, if now abandoned, must perish."—Times Service.
