Anderson engine Also on account of the late Mr. Cham* berlain's Estate: Quantity of household furniture The 40 cows comprise Mr. Phillips' homestead herd, and are practically all high-class grade Jerseys. They are ajl got by pedigree Jersey bulls, and are heavy milkers and high testers. Mr. Phillips has been building up this herd for the last five years, and, with hit knowledge and judgment of a dairy cow, lie has succeeded in getting together a liord which is undoubtedly one of the beßt in the district. The other cows are also a fine lot, and will be sold with Mr. Phillips' usual guarantee as to soundness and satisfaction. The whole of the stock are in excellent condition, having been well wintered on turnips. Cars will leave my Hawera, Manaia, and Kaponga Agencies on morning of sale, and clients are requested to book seats early.
