AN ALTITUDE RECORD.
Received Sept. 20, 1,30 a.m. New York, Sept. 19. Roland Rolffe reached an unofficial altitude of 34,060 ft. in a Curtis tripleseater. The thermobaragraph has not yet been examined, but it is believed it will probably show an official altitude of 35,000 ft.
