The pri. soners captured on the Munnan and Archangel fronts since August number 4171. General Deniken continues his successes. General Wrengel hag regained the initiative before Tsaritsin. The Bolsheviks were forced to retire thirty mile#, losing many prisoners. KOLTCHAK 'S ARMY, Received Sept. 19, 7.45 p.m. London, Sept. 18. Admiral KoHchak's southern army suffered through desertions of Orenburg Cossacks to the enemy. They deserted rather than leave their native land. The Bolsheviks claim 45,000 deserters owing to the enforced retreat of the southern army. Esthonian peace negotiations commenced on the 15th. They deal with the regulation of the frontier and coinmercial relations with Russia. The Bolsheviks offer to recognise the independence of Estlionia.
