It is always a pleasure to listen to a traveller's story, and when the traveller is so keen an observer and so vivid a word painter as the Eev. John Dawson, it is especially worth listening to. Mr. Dawson has travelled and observed, and he is now to describe what he has seen, especially in regard to social reform, in the Good Templar Hall on Wednesday next. Particulars are in another column. A 300-acres mixed farm is advertised for exchange by W. H. and A. McGarry, fitibkm.
