WILLIAM DIVINE HAZLITT, heretofore sometimes called and known by tbe name of WILLLiM IRVINE BLACK, formerly of Bainesse, Factory Assistant, but now of Dover Road, Okato, Farmer, HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that on the twenty-ninth day of May, 1919, I formally and absolutely renounced and relinquished and abandoned the use of my said surname of "Black" and fSien re-assumed and re-adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of "Hazlitt" instead of the said name of "Black."
