SUPREME COURT.
GISBOBNE SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Yesterday. In the Supreme Court Kdward Donoghue and John Patrick McCarthy were convicted of the theft of some sacks. The former was admitted to probation for two years, and the latter sentenced to six months' imprisonment. Colin Duff, for breaking, entering and theft, was sentenced, to twelve months' hard labor. Clifford Hilton McFarlane, for breaking, entering, and theft, was admitted to probation for two years. Waaka Taylor, for theft and breaking and entering, was sentenced to two years', reformative treatment.
