The departure of British troops will not etail French occupation in Damascus, Hama, Hoos, or Aleppo, which are in the zone considered as a possible Arab State or confederation of States. Nevertheless the Arab power here murt henceforth depend upon French support! The French will relieve the British in Oalicia.—Reuter. 4
