Mr. Millen announced that an agreement has been reached between the owners, representing flu per cent, of the tonnage, and the seamen, which will be formally signed on Monday, increasing the wages to 30s monthly over the awards of December, 1918. The flat rate is 2s Cd an hour and overtime allowance, also four hours off in port for each week employed. The agreement is retrospective from August, and expires in December, 1921, CaW» Assn.
