SECURED BY THE BOLSHEVIKS, IN EX-CZAR'S WINTER PALACE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 17, 9.20 p.m. London, Sept. 15. The Express' Helsingfors correspondent says that the Bolshevik commission which is classifying the ex-Czar's property, discovered in the Wiater Palace at Tsarkoye Selo hundreds of cases despatched from Rome to Empress Catherine IT. These cases had never been opened, and contain thousands of paint, ings and sculptures by French and Italian masters, including Tiepols, Houdon, Fragonal, Lancret, and Latour, estimated to be wortii five millions sterling.—Aus.N.Z.
