It was a full Council, including .Marshal Foeli and the Italians. The great Powers intend to allow the [Russian revolutionaries to work out their own salvation. —Times Service. THE FIUME RAID. Received Sept. 16, 11.35 p.m. ' Paris, Sept. 15. The Supreme Council investigated D'Annunzio's raid on Fiume. It is now stated that the raiders hauled down the British and French flags. Marshal Foch participated in the consultation, from whicii a satisfactory settlement is anticipated. It is pointed out that, contrary to the assertions of the Rome newspaper.-!, the British did not oppose Italian interests in the Adriatic. —Reuter.
