Sir George Clerk, the Allies' special envoy, has arrived at Bucharest. He submits the following questions to the Roumanian Government:—"ls Roaunnnia ready to recall her army from Hungary I Does Roumania agree to cease requisitions? Does Roumania agree to surrender everything requisitioned to the Reparations Committee? Is Roumania disposed -to co-operate with the Allies in the maintenance of order in Hungary?" —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. INDIGNATION AT 41LIES' ATTITUDE. Paris, Sept. 11. The Roumanian newspapers! are indignant at the Allies refusing to admit the validity of the reservations. They approved the delegates refusing to sign the Austrian treaty, which deprived Roumania of sovereign rights for her tutelage.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
