Sir George Clerk, the Allies' special envoy, has arrived at Bucharest. He submits the following questions to the Roumanian Government:—"ls Roaunnnia ready to recall her army from Hungary I Does Roumania agree to cease requisitions? Does Roumania agree to surrender everything requisitioned to the Reparations Committee? Is Roumania disposed -to co-operate with the Allies in the maintenance of order in Hungary?" —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. INDIGNATION AT 41LIES' ATTITUDE. Paris, Sept. 11. The Roumanian newspapers! are indignant at the Allies refusing to admit the validity of the reservations.
