An article in Le Journal states that the Peace Conference is exasperated at Roumania's action. The Americans are seeking a quarrel because the Roumanians have not allowed the Standard Oil Company to secure Roumania's petroleum supplies, also because Roumania's wheat exports interfere with America's. The Roumanians are able to' stand firm, because they command the Russian wheat, of which they cannot be deprived.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. FALL,OF SERBIAN GOVERNMENT. Paris, Sept. 11.
