Having been requested to offer my services as your Member of Parliament, I have pleasure in doing so in what I believe to be the interests of true Liberalism and the welfare of our country as a whole. I shall take an early opportunity of placing my views fully before you from the public platform in the various centres of the electorate, and if such merit your support I trust I may receive the same at the ballot.
