GERMAN LICENTIOUSNESS.
UNCENSORED FILMS. London, August 11. The correspondent of the Times in Itei'lin reports increasing complaints of the great prevalence of licentiousness in Germany since the revolution, consequent on the impairing of the public authority. The more decent people especially resent the obscenity at the numerous cinemas, for which 110 censorship is provided. A scene of great disorder interrupted the iO\hi)>il ion of an atrocious film at Diisseldorf, hundreds protesting against the picture. When a continuance of the display was attempted the spectators rushed the platform and destroyed the film.
