MR. \Y. K. MORRIS' CLEARING SALE. Mr. VT. K. Morris who has sold his farm at Oakura, .held a clearing sale on Monday afternoon. Thero was a good attendance of buyers and the bidding showed that dairy cattle were In strong demand. The sale was conducted by Mr. Newton King, Mr. C. Fairbrother being tho auctioneer.
