THE AUSTRIAN TREATY. By Tellgroph.—Press Aaaa-Copyright. Paris, Sept. 8. Roumanian has agreed to sign the Austrian treaty with reservations. The Peace Council informed Roumania tliat she must Bign the Austrian peace treaty without reservation or abstain altogether. The American delegation deny the reported Anglo-American guarantee of Belgian independence—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. London, Sept. 8. Senator Pearce and Sir Thos. Mackenzie go to Paris to-morrow to sign the Austrian treaty. Sir Thomas Mackenzie will afterwards inspect the operations of the Graves Commission.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
