Having been requested to offer my services as your Member of Parliament, I have pleasure in doing so in what I believe to be the interests of true Liberalism and the welfare of our country as a whole. I shall take an early opportunity of placing my views fully before you from the public platform in the various centres of the electorate, and if such merit your support I trust I may receive the same at the ballot. The critical times that are ahead need changed methods of administration, and I would ask the electors to suspend their judgment until I have placed my views fully before them. 'J'HE Company's Mill is erected alongside the Railway Station Yards at Tahora, on the Stratford-Auckland line, and is in full production. Having secured cutting rights over ail additional 2000 acres of high-class timber forest, the Company finds it necessary to consider the erection of a second mill. With this object in view, the Directorate have authorised the sale of a limited number of £1 shares in parcels of not less than £250. The Company's tramline will pass within half a mile of extensive coal deposits of easy access. This is an investment.
