The Bulgarian treaty has been completed, and will be handed to the Bulgarian representatives on Monday. The Austrian delegates will sign the peace treaty on Wednesday. Serbia opposes several clauses in the Austrian treaty, especially the clause regarding minority rights in territory which was Serbian liefore the war. Serbia eonsider.ii this clause a violation of her sovereign rights. It is not true that Serbia declined to sign the treaty now en route to Belgrade.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
