AUSTRIAN AND BULGARIAN SERBIA'S OBJECTIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Sept. 5. The Supreme Council lias extended the Austrian acceptance period until the 9th. -Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. The German reply to the Allies' ultimatum states that Germany has no intention of using force to modify the Austrian boundaries. Germany desires, however, to allow Austria to joiij Germany spontaneously.—Aus. N.Z. j Cable Assoc. Received Sept. 7, 5.5 p.m. Paris, Sept. 5. The Bulgarian treaty has been completed, and will be handed to the Bulgarian representatives on Monday. The Austrian delegates will sign the peace treaty on Wednesday. Serbia opposes several clauses in the Austrian treaty, especially the clause regarding minority rights in territory which was Serbian liefore the war. Serbia eonsider.ii this clause a violation of her sovereign rights. It is not true that Serbia declined to sign the treaty now en route to Belgrade.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
AUSTRO-CE7SMAN UNION. ABANDONED BY GERMANY. Received Sept. 7. 5.5 p.m. Paris, c ept. 5. A Berlin message confirms the reply to the ultimatum cabled on September 2. Cermany accepts the contention that union with Austria must be abandoned, but asserts this does not necessitate an alteration of the German constitution.— Aim. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
